Terms of Use and End-User License

These terms cover your use of bestbumperpartsservice.com and the tools Best Bumper & Parts Service Inc. ("Best Bumper", "we") provides with it, including our staff estimate and inventory tools (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

License

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose: finding, pricing and ordering collision parts. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service, or use it to collect other people's data.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Staff tools are for authorized Best Bumper personnel only.

Third-party services

The Service connects to services run by others, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, supplier systems, and Stripe and PayPal for payments. Their own terms apply to their services. Our connection to QuickBooks reads our own company's inventory with our authorization and can be disconnected at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what it reads and how it is kept.

Prices, stock and orders

Prices and availability come from our suppliers and can change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a part is unavailable or was priced in error.

Disclaimer

Apart from the guarantees we state for the parts we sell, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned.

Ending use

We may suspend or end access to the Service if these terms are broken. You may stop using it at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
